Terms of Service

These terms apply when you install or purchase any unikdev Chrome extension. By using one, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the extension.

1. What we offer

unikdev builds small, single-purpose Chrome extensions. Most are completely free. Some offer an optional one-time paid upgrade ("Pro") for extra features — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges unless a product explicitly says otherwise.

2. License

Free extensions are free to install and use without restriction. Buying Pro grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the paid features on your own Chrome profile. You may not resell, share, or redistribute a license key.

3. Payments

Pro upgrades are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, applicable tax (VAT/sales tax), invoicing, and fraud screening — we never see or store your card details. Pricing is shown in USD at checkout.

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for details. Short version: not happy with a purchase, email us within 30 days and you'll get a full refund.

5. Acceptable use

Use the extensions for their intended purpose and within Chrome Web Store policy. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or circumvent license validation.

6. Disclaimer

Extensions are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Some extensions interact with third-party sites (e.g. YouTube, Google Calendar) that may change their layout or behavior at any time — we'll fix breakage when we can, but can't guarantee uninterrupted operation.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, unikdev's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
